Assistant Principals

Hello Falcon Family,

I am proud to serve as an Assistant Principal at The Central High School. With 14 years of experience in education as a teacher, school counselor, and program director, I have dedicated my career to supporting students academically, socially, and emotionally. Each role has given me valuable insight into the unique needs of students and the powerful impact schools can have on their lives.

I attended the University of West Alabama, and my journey in education has been shaped by a deep passion for helping students realize their full potential. I believe that strong relationships, high expectations, and consistent support are the keys to student success.

I am happily married and a proud mother of three wonderful children. My family fuels my commitment to ensuring that every student is seen, supported, and encouraged to thrive. At Central, I am dedicated to making sure that Every Falcon Every Day has the opportunity to soar as we continue to Aim High and Fly Higher.

A native of Birmingham, Alabama, Crystal Lassiter brings more than 20 years of experience to the Falcon family. Throughout her career, she has served as an English Language Arts teacher, Instructional Coach, Athletic Director, and Theater Director, blending creativity and leadership to inspire both students and staff.

Ms. Lassiter earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Alabama A&M University, a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Grand Canyon University, and a Master’s degree in Instructional Leadership from the University of West Alabama, where she is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Rural Education.

Beyond the school setting, she serves on the Board of Directors for a local community theater and is a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, writing, and performing in musicals. A proud mother of two, Ms. Lassiter is deeply committed to fostering academic excellence, creative expression, and student growth—ensuring that Every Falcon. I am thrilled to introduce myself as a new instructional leader at THEE Central High School. My name is Siegfried Williams, and I bring with me several years of experience in education, during which I have been dedicated to fostering both academic achievement and the social development of students. On a personal note, I am happily married and a proud parent of four wonderful children, which gives me a deep understanding of the hopes and aspirations parents have for their children’s education and well-being. As we embark on this journey together, I am committed to creating a nurturing and challenging environment where every student can thrive.
