Assistant Principals

Greetings and welcome to “THEE” Central High School! My name is Terrance D. Spencer and I am so delighted to serve as an Instructional Leader in a school community with a storied history in academics and athletics. I am a native of Northport, AL and the father of two amazing children: Avery and Ethan.  

I come to Tuscaloosa City Schools and CHS with over two decades of experiences in education (four as a history instructor, seventeen as an administrator) with a focus on making a positive impact on all students, families, and community stakeholders I come in contact with. We are dawning a new age of Falcons that we are striving to align with their “E!” Upon completing all of their required coursework, students will either enlist in one of our many branches of the military, enroll in a prestigious two-year or four-year institution, or gain employment in one of with one of our many local industry partners.

I am thrilled to introduce myself as a new instructional leader at THEE Central High School. My name is Siegfried Williams, and I bring with me several years of experience in education, during which I have been dedicated to fostering both academic achievement and the social development of students. On a personal note, I am happily married and a proud parent of four wonderful children, which gives me a deep understanding of the hopes and aspirations parents have for their children’s education and well-being. As we embark on this journey together, I am committed to creating a nurturing and challenging environment where every student can thrive. I look forward to working closely with all of you to ensure our students reach their fullest potential. Thank you for welcoming me into this incredible community.
