The Central High School Girls Basketball program competes in Class 5A play. The Lady Falcons continue their long tradition of excellence every year in The Falcons Nest.

The program boasts four state championships (1982, 1984, 1996, & 2019), ten State Final Four appearances, and has produced thirteen All State Players.
